These general terms and conditions (GTC) regulate the legal framework for the use of the website www.marc-lubetzki.com, an offer from Marc Lubetzki, Kiwitt 3, 23823 Seedorf.

1. These terms and conditions apply exclusively to all legal relationships between the user and Marc Lubetzki in the version available at the time of registration on the Internet.

3. By ticking the "AGB accepted" box during the registration process, the user accepts the AGB.
§ 2 conclusion of contract
1. All offers on www.marc-lubetzki.com are non-binding.
2. In the course of the registration process, Marc Lubetzki immediately confirms the receipt of the data transmitted with the registration by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the user when registering. The registration has been successfully completed when the user confirms this using the link sent to him by email. By confirming (clicking) the activation link, the contract for the use of the offer on this website is concluded between the user and Marc Lubetzki.
2. If a user is a minor, the prerequisite for an effective contract conclusion is the consent of the legal representative.
3. The user is obliged to provide truthful and, insofar as it is mandatory, complete information and to correct subsequent changes to his access data immediately in the settings of his user account.
4. The user guarantees not to pass on his access data to third parties. Should Marc Lubetzki discover misuse of the user account, he is entitled to immediately block the user's access.

2. The costs for the online seminars are to be paid in advance.
3. Payment is made either by direct debit, credit card or PayPal.
3. There is no right of withdrawal for digital products.
4. If payment is made via a service provider, e.g. Digistore, the respective provisions apply.
§ 4 Warranty and Liability
1. Marc Lubetzki is entitled to discontinue all or part of the services offered or to change the content.
2. Marc Lubetzki endeavors to provide permanent access to this offer. However, availability at all times is not guaranteed. An essential contractual obligation in this sense is one, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on the compliance of which the contractual partner regularly relies and may rely.
5. The provisions on the exclusion of liability or the limitation of liability apply equally to breaches of duty by vicarious agents.
§ 5 copyrights / rights of use
1. The user has the right to simply use the content provided on the website.
2. All offers on www.marc-lubetzki.com are protected by copyright. Duplication, dissemination, making available to the public or other use of content (films, photos, texts, etc.) without permission is prohibited.
§ 6 Content posted by the user
1. If the user posts his own content such as texts, photos, videos on the website www.marc-lubetzki.de (for example in the blog), he undertakes to comply with the statutory provisions. In particular, the user is prohibited from violating the rights of third parties, distributing pornographic and violence-glorifying content and inciting criminal offenses. 2. Marc Lubetzki is not obliged to check the content posted by the user, but reserves the right to check it on a random basis without taking responsibility for this content or adopting it as his own. Marc Lubetzki also reserves the right to delete illegal content. Claims for compensation by the user due to deleted content are excluded. The user is responsible for securing the content he has posted.
3. By posting content, the user grants Marc Lubetzki the right to save the content for an unlimited period of time and to make it publicly accessible. Marc Lubetzki reserves the right to publish shortened content.
4. The user releases Marc Lubetzki from all claims that third parties assert against Marc Lubetzki due to a violation of their rights through content posted by the user on the www.marc-lubetzki.de website. The exemption from liability also includes the costs of legal defense.
5. The user has the option of freely choosing the visibility of his information in the forum (with the exception of the email address and questions) and making the appropriate settings.

§ 10 final provisions
1. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The (possibly only partially) ineffective regulation is to be replaced by a regulation whose economic success comes as close as possible to the ineffective one.
2. Marc Lubetzki reserves the right to change individual provisions of these terms and conditions at any time and without giving reasons, taking into account the following conditions:
Changed provisions will be sent to the user by email before they come into force. If the user does not object to the validity of the new terms and conditions within six weeks of receiving the e-mail, the changed terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted. In this case, Marc Lubetzki is authorized to properly terminate the contractual relationship with the user with fourteen days' notice.
Marc Lubetzki undertakes to inform the user of these circumstances in the email containing the changed provisions.
3. German law applies to all legal relationships between the user and Marc Lubetzki with the exception of the provisions of international private law.
